Estimate and MSA

 

We draft an estimate and scope of work. If you accept, we execute a simple Master Services Agreement that outlines the terms of our service. 

Kickoff Call

 

We get really clear on your vision, objectives, expectations and non-negotiables. What is working? What isn’t? What problem(s) are we
working to solve?

Project Plan 

 

We build a project plan outlining team roles, preferred methods of communication, the approval process and key dates.

Timeline

 

The team pulls together a timeline for each project. This helps us staff appropriately and keep everyone updated on progress, changes and what lies ahead. 

Nitty Gritty

 

We hammer out all final details not yet discussed. As we incorporate lessons learned from past projects, this is often a step where we uncover potential roadblocks; helping us prepare for an efficient and successful project.

For all large projects, we organize regular meetings and create a detailed Gantt chart that is updated daily. We run projects like you run projects.
