Preconstruction Overview
This project started simple. We were creating an overview and tools to beat the competition based on the client’s unique approach to preconstruction. As we dug into the existing materials, we realized we had more important work to do: redefine the foundational preconstruction process. Once there was consensus on what the precon process looked like and how to make it better, we could then begin creating materials to reflect those important newly defined processes.
Distilling Down to the Good Stuff
When this client engaged Wonderstruct, their unique precon process had recently been audited and rewritten by a consultant. What they needed next was a way to integrate the updated processes—in physical form—into their day-to-day workstreams.
With the help of leadership, the precon team and the marketing team, we helped solidify their process and establish a central library of documents and tools that everyone could use.
